Nest & Recover Luxury Postnatal Care ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") is a luxury postnatal care service dedicated to supporting new mothers and families through the beautiful and demanding fourth trimester. We offer in-facility and in-home postnatal care services, as well as an online store featuring curated luxury items to enhance your recovery experience.

Our website is located at nestandrecover.com. Our store offers products including, but not limited to, luxury bathrobes, scented candles, insulated thermoses, and other care and memory keepsake items.

When booking any service with Nest & Recover, you agree to the following:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including any relevant health information that may affect service delivery.
• Nest & Recover reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it would not be safe or appropriate to proceed.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
• Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Our online store at nestandrecover.com/store offers luxury postnatal products. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and appearances may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to monitor and photography variations.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.
• Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability is subject to change.

Every order is carefully packed with love — because you deserve to open something beautiful.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for store orders, and as agreed for care services.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Your payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your location.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• 24–72 hours notice: 50% refund or one-time reschedule credit.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. A cancellation fee equal to the full service cost may apply.
• Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with compassion and flexibility.

• Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at store@nestandrecover.com with your order number.
• Personalized, custom, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Nest & Recover provides postnatal support, comfort, and wellness services. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or received from our staff.
• You are responsible for informing our team of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before receiving services.
• Nest & Recover is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all clients and staff. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat all Nest & Recover staff and other clients with dignity and respect.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind.
• Follow all safety guidelines provided during your stay or service session.
• Not bring unauthorized persons onto our premises without prior approval.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients at our facility.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services and remove any client from our facility for violations of this conduct policy, without refund.

All content on the Nest & Recover website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, videos, product designs, and brand materials, is the exclusive property of Nest & Recover and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.
• Our brand name, logo, and tagline "Luxury Postnatal Care" are proprietary marks of Nest & Recover.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nest & Recover shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings during your time at our facility.
• Delays in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, force majeure, or supply chain disruptions.
• Any inaccuracies or omissions in the content on our website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
